What is Strategy-in-Action™?

Strategy-in-Action™ is our team-based subscription service. It provides leadership teams with real-time support through live coaching, custom Strategy Bites, and strategic design tools. This service is delivered through a monthly retainer and is ideal for teams facing complexity, change, or high-stakes decisions. We start with your leaders and help you scale strategy through your organization.

How do the subscription tiers work?

We offer one individual-level subscription with more to come:

• Ready to Learn – Micro-courses for guided, self-paced development
• Committed to Change – 12-week intensives for deeper transformation

You can subscribe individually or through an organizational plan. Many of our team-based clients start with Strategy-in-Action™ and then extend access to these tiers for their employees.

How does the team-based subscription relate to individual learning?

Team-based Strategy-in-Action™ plans help senior leaders take immediate action. As momentum builds, we offer individual subscriptions to team members so they can engage with Strategy Bites, micro-courses, or coaching in ways that reinforce and sustain the leadership strategy. This dual approach builds collective capacity from the top down and the ground up.

What kinds of topics do you cover?

Our content addresses the human side of leadership and performance: navigating change, managing conflict, building inclusive teams, making strategic decisions under pressure, and leading through uncertainty. Everything is grounded in organizational psychology, adult development theory, and strategic behavior design.

How do I access my learning content?

All content is hosted on our learning platform. Once you subscribe, you’ll receive login credentials to access the Academy. Content is mobile- and desktop-friendly. If you're in a coaching or retainer tier, we’ll also coordinate your sessions and Strategy Bites through your dashboard and email.

Can I upgrade or cancel my subscription?

Yes. You can upgrade to a higher tier or add features at any time. You can also cancel your subscription at the end of any billing cycle. For organizations, we offer flexibility based on the number of users and the desired learning path.

Do you work with organizations and teams?

Yes. We specialize in supporting teams and leadership groups through our Strategy-in-Action™ retainers. These engagements include bundled hours for live sessions, content design, and strategic advising—and they often lead to expanded access to the Academy for individual staff members.

Do unused hours in the retainer roll over?

No. We operate on a “use-it-or-lose-it” model to promote forward motion and consistent application. We’ll help you plan usage so your team gains full value each month.

How much do your services cost?

We offer subscriptions for individuals and teams and you can visit those pages for more information. We also offer custom enterprise solutions based on organization size and needs.
